With over 20 years experience in the land and Construction Industry, Sandy McDermott brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in delivering your dream home. Her ability to drive best-in-class customer experience is evident with Carlisle being awarded as the 2023 HIA Australian Professional Major Builder Award, 2024 Master Builders Large Residential Builder of the Year, 2023 Australian Achiever Award for Excellence for Customer Service (Victoria), and Product Review Award Winner Victoria 2023.
Sandy plays a crucial role in leading Carlisle’s Operations Team to drive project success and maintain the highest standards in construction practices. Sandy is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure our homes are complete on, or ahead of time.
