Where your vision comes to life

At our award winning Spectra Showroom, you’ll be able to see and touch a wide range of quality home products – from perspex cupboards and glass splashbacks, to European cooking appliances, bathroom products, flooring, ducted vacuum units and alarm systems.

The Spectra Showroom has professional design consultants on hand to guide you through the selection process and ensure everything you choose works together.

There is a playroom at the centre to keep the little ones entertained while you browse. For added convenience all our product ranges can be found in this one location, saving you the drive all over town to find the right materials, products and finishes for your new home.

In fact, it only takes two visits to the Spectra Showroom to bring your vision to life. The first visit is an optional tour of the centre to explore the comprehensive range, and the second is an appointment with your professional design consultant to finalise your selections.

It’s inspiring. It’s easy. And it’s all under the one roof at the Carlisle Homes Spectra Showroom.

Frequently Asked Questions

At the beginning of the home building process your appointed Client Liaison Executive (CLE) will contact you to make a time for your tour and for your Spectra Showroom appointment. The appointment is when you’ll meet with your professional design consultant to make final decisions on your new home’s interior and exterior colours, floor coverings, surface finishes, bathroom, kitchen, laundry fixtures, electrical, lighting – and more!

Your Spectra Showroom appointment can take a full day to complete, so we recommend organising time away from work and co-ordinating the pick-up of children from school. If you have toddlers, don’t worry, the Spectra Showroom has a dedicated playroom to keep them entertained.

You will be assigned a professional design consultant to guide you through the Spectra Showroom experience, assist with your selections, discuss colour palettes and review your lifestyle needs. They will also take you through your electrical plan and help you select your electrical and lighting options.

This is a special day and we want you to be able to focus, so we provide a fully catered lunch for you to enjoy. Your Client Liaison Executive will send a list of lunch options prior to your appointment for you to choose from. We also offer tea, coffee and water throughout the day.

There is plenty of parking available for our customers in our private car park. There is also public transport access if you or any of your family isn’t able to drive to your appointments.

Yes, free wi-fi is available at our Spectra Showroom for your leisure and use. Simply connect to the Carlisle Guest wi-fi network on your arrival.

We are a kid-friendly environment. While you’re browsing through the Spectra Showroom your children can enjoy our playroom.
