Graduate program

We offer a unique program for recent graduates who are looking to fast-track a career with Carlisle Homes. Our program runs over 18 months and enables graduates to gain exposure to different areas of the business. Graduates will also have access to additional professional development during and post-program, as well as the opportunity to network with like-minded employees and alumni throughout the business.

Construction Supervisor Internship

Our paid Construction Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive guidance from industry experts, and kickstart a career as a Construction Supervisor. Taking place over 10 weeks, interns are supported by our dedicated Training Manager to learn the ins and outs of volume home building. Unlike commercial construction, a career in residential offers greater day-to-day diversity, fast-tracked career progression, autonomy and greater personal impact knowing you’re bringing the great Australian dream to life.

Carlisle’s Construction Supervisor Internship Program is best suit individuals who have:

  • A passion for building and construction teamed with a desire to learn
  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organise tasks
  • Own transport and current driver’s license essential

If you have recently graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Construction Management (or a related field) this paid internship is for you.
