The timeline for Carlisle Homes to build an entirely new house in Sunbury as a part of a house and land package can vary anywhere between 7 to 10 months. The timeline for your specific home may vary depending on a range of factors, including the home's size and customisations required. We’ve constructed a helpful baseline guide to help give clarity on the build process. 

• Pre-site: 10 - 12 weeks. The start of this project involves you making some design and customisation decisions about your new Sunbury home. At this time, we also organise permits, contracts and loan approvals. 
• Construction: 16 - 24 weeks. The longest stage of the process is construction. During this time, we keep you up-to-date with build milestones. Once your new house is complete, you can move in!
• Warranty: 4 - 5 weeks. Finally, as the project comes to a close and you’ve settled into your new home,  you will need to create a Carlisle Home Care Account, enabling you to submit photos relating to your new home's warranty.
