John Doulgeridis is the Managing Director of award-winning residential home builder, Carlisle Homes. He started his career in the residential building industry in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Planning and Design at the University of Melbourne. Since founding Carlisle Homes in 2004, the company has completed over 12,000 quality homes across Melbourne and Geelong, evolving to become a market leader in the new home building market.

As a business, Carlisle Homes is committed to delivering exceptional results, and John Doulgeridis’ focus is on exceeding customers’ expectations throughout the home building journey. This is reflected in the company’s recognition as Victoria’s Professional Major Builder for 2015, 2017, and 2020 at the prestigious HIA-CSR Victoria Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.
