How to get to the Olivine Display Village?

Located just five minutes from the newly upgraded Donnybrook train station, Olivine Estate can be found just off the Hume Freeway on Donnybrook Road. Our Olivine display homes can be found on Eucalyptus Parade, which is opposite Donnybrook Football Netball Club. You can park directly in front of our display homes or across the road at the oval. Here, you can also grab a quick bite or a coffee from the nearby Shared Cup Cafe while the kids have a ball playing on the Gumnut Park playground!

Absolutely. Three of the four designs showcased at Olivine are suitable for knockdown rebuild projects (EasyLiving is not available for KDR projects). If you love what you see but want to build on your existing block, our team can guide you through the knockdown rebuild process from start to finish.
