Charlton Cefai leads Carlisle’s Construction team with a clear focus on delivering quality, ensuring safety and driving innovation and sustainability within the business. His expertise spans the development of quality control processes, streamlining of building procedures and creating strong relationships with both subcontractors and stakeholders across the industry - all while maintaining Carlisle’s high standards of excellence.
Academic Achievements
Charlton’s formal education has provided him with a robust foundation in construction and management principles, which he leverages daily in his role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Building and Construction – Deakin University
Covering topics such as project management, building codes and sustainable practices, this degree equipped Charlton with the technical and practical skills to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
Diploma in Management – Australian Institute of Management (AIM)
This diploma focused on leadership, strategic planning and operations, enabling Charlton to optimise processes, lead teams effectively, and drive productivity within the organisation.
Charlton remains focused on his professional development, including attending the NAHB American Building Expo (Orlando 2011, Las Vegas 2015 & 2023), along with the Munich Building Expo in Germany in 2019.
