Create the look
Exterior colours
Make a grand statement with a façade layered with earthy, organic tones, such as chocolate brickwork, smooth, charcoal and greige render, and an elegant, tiled front pier in a warm mid-grey. Emphasise your exterior’s natural connection by specifying a timber front door and window frames.
Interior flooring
Infuse sophistication from the ground up with luxurious flooring, such as slate grey or dark marble-effect floor tiles, rich parquetry flooring, and an array of plush rugs. For quieter rooms, such as your formal lounge and bedrooms, inject cosiness with textural loop-pile or ribbed carpet in pale grey or stone.
Feature lighting
Lighting plays a key role in the Luxe Noir look, both functionally and decoratively. Add drama and dimension to your interior scheme with interesting lamps, chandeliers, and wall sconces in a mix of matt black, frosted and ribbed glass. Create an easy base to build upon with simple sofas in pale grey or cream, then add in layers of luxury with sumptuous area rugs, textural throws, and velvet and silk scatter cushions in rich jewel tones of burgundy, plum, inky blue and forest green.
