It’s official, four of our beautiful display homes have been shortlisted for the 2021 HIA Victorian Housing Awards!
The annual HIA Housing awards are recognised as the industry’s most esteemed accolades, acknowledging the accomplishments of builders across the state who have shown industry leading workmanship, design excellence and professionalism.
We are thrilled to have four exceptionally worthy display homes selected as finalists across four ‘Best Display Home’ categories.

Carlisle Homes have been presented numerous HIA awards since their inception in 2006, including most recently the 2021 Australian Professional Major Builder award, 2020 Victorian Professional Major Builder Award the 2020 Best Display Home $600,001 - $1 million (Sorrento Grand Retreat 46, Truganina) and the 2020 Best Display Home $300,001 - $350,000 (Piermont 29, Officer).

Whilst it’s always fantastic to see our luxury homes nominated for HIA awards, it’s especially exciting to see two homes from our EasyLiving Series selected by the judges in the Up to $250,000 and $300,001 - $350,000 categories this year. Our EasyLiving display homes are built exactly as we offer them to our customers, with very few upgrades added. To have them shortlisted as some of the best homes in the state truly reinforces what we aim to achieve with EasyLiving, and that’s to create an easy and affordable way for our customers to own their own, beautiful, uncompromised, and wonderful-to-live-in home.

Carlisle has also been announced as a finalist for the top award; Victorian Professional Major Builder 2021. After taking out this award in 2015, 2017 and 2020, and the National Title earlier this year, we’re honoured to be in the running once again for this prestigious award. With several exciting initiatives taking place within Carlisle over the last year, we’re eager to see if we can take out the position as Victoria’s No.1 Builder for the fourth time in 7 years.
