It’s official – Carlisle Homes is one of the country’s top places to work, placing ninth in the 2023 Australia’s Best Workplaces™ List

We’re a people-centric company, so it makes us incredibly proud to learn that our team has declared us an awesome place to work. Carlisle Homes has just ranked ninth in the 2023 Australia’s Best Workplaces™ List for businesses employing 100 to 1000 staff.

This comes off the back of being officially certified as a Great Place to Work for 2023 – our third year in a row!

2023 Australia’s Best Workplaces™ List is compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute, which is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours.

This is based on candid, anonymous feedback from our team, and is a testament to our commitment to fostering a best-in-class workplace culture. Overall, 96% of our team have confirmed that "this is a great place to work.”  

We’re thrilled to know that our team feels happy, respected and empowered to bring their best to work every day – sentiments they then share with our customers along every step of their build journey, from choosing their perfect design with our sales consultants, and specifying finishes and colours with our expert interior designers, to following the progress of their build with our dedicated construction team.
