Buying your first home is a huge milestone, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At Carlisle’s First Home Buyer Festival, you’ll get all the right tools, tips, and expert advice to help you take that exciting first step.

You’ll hear from leading experts like Queenie Tan of @Investwithqueenie, a licensed financial creator and first-home-buyer advocate. Known for her relatable advice and clever money strategies, Queenie will cover everything from the importance of homeownership to smart tips for first-time buyers, government grants and schemes that could give you a boost, and savvy ways to save for your dream home.

Explore your pathway to homeownership

Carlisle’s own Mark Richardson, General Manager – Sales, will take you through the different pathways to secure your first home—whether purchasing land, a completed home, or a house and land package. Mark will also break down Carlisle’s simplified 6-Step Journey that takes you from dreaming to moving in, with everything laid out to make the process as easy as possible.

A night out wouldn’t be complete without some incredible prizes! Everyone who creates a DIY styling flatlay goes into the draw, with three random winners walking away with special prizes.
