Carlisle receives another high score for customer satisfaction in the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards.

Carlisle has received a score of 91.49% for customer satisfaction in the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards, which marks our 15th year running of receiving a similarly high score in these awards.

So, it is an incredible honour to have our efforts recognised by our customers, who have given us a ‘Highly Recommended’ score of 91.49% for customer satisfaction in the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards – our 15th year running of receiving a similarly high score in these awards. 

The 2022 Australian Achiever Awards are an independent and unbiased award system, who base their assessment on a business’s own customers. Our score of 91.49% for customer relations and service was in Australia’s Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category.

The award system focuses on eight criteria; Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral. Anything about 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

Receiving this impressive score from our customers is a huge privilege and one that reflects the incredible efforts of our team who deliver outstanding service to our clients every day. We couldn’t be prouder of them.
