Australian Owned and Operated

From its inception in January 2004, Carlisle Homes has remained steadfast in its commitment to being Australian-owned and operated. This dedication ensures that the homes are tailored to the unique needs and preferences of Australian families, with a focus on creating communities and fostering connections.

Carlisle Homes began its journey in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, with the first display at Fig Tree Hill in Lyndhurst, City of Casey, which opened in July 2004. From there, the company expanded, reaching the western suburbs by 2007, the northern suburbs by 2010 and Geelong by 2012. This growth was marked by the introduction of signature home ranges such as the Affinity Collection, Inspire (originally T-Range) and EasyLiving series.

The Affinity Collection launched, setting a new standard for luxury living, followed by the versatile Inspire range in 2008 and the accessible EasyLiving series in 2015.

Today, Carlisle builds approximately 1,600 homes annually, each crafted with precision and care, supported by a robust team of over 500 staff.
