New Interior Looks

Woodgrain cabinetry

Featuring more woodgrain cabinetry than ever before, our fresh EasyLiving colour schemes will add a wonderfully warm and natural feel to your kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Opt for our new Coastal scheme and enjoy cabinetry in Laminex Whitewashed Oak with its slightly greyed patina. Prefer a timeless timber look? Choose the Alpine scheme, which features Laminex Classic Oak cabinetry.

Or go rich and dramatic with cabinetry in Laminex Lustrous Elm with the Dusk Scheme, or Laminex Danish Walnut with our Woodland scheme.

Dual-tone cabinetry

With our new EasyLiving colour schemes, you can now upgrade to two-tone cabinetry. Using two different colours in your overhead and base units is a foolproof way to bring personality and interest to your cooking space – and it’s one of the hottest design trends right now.

With our Coastal scheme, you can pair Laminex Whitewashed Oak base cabinets with Laminex Polar White cabinets overhead. Or combine base cabinets in Laminex Classic Oak (Alpine scheme) Laminex Lustrous Elm (Dusk scheme) or Laminex Danish Walnut (Woodland scheme) with contrasting Laminex White cabinets overhead.

Opt for our Botanical scheme and you can combine Laminex Sarsen Grey base cabinets with overhead cabinets in Laminex Rural Oak. Or choose our Urban Savanna scheme and make a statement with Laminex Oyster Grey lower cabinets paired with striking Laminex Blackened Elm units overhead.

Indoor plant lovers, look no further – our Botanical colour scheme is the perfect backdrop for your foliage. This versatile colour scheme can be paired with complementary timber accents or offset by black or charcoal joinery for a moodier undertone.

New feature tiles

A show-stopping tiled splashback in your kitchen is guaranteed to add wow-factor to your home. Our new EasyLiving schemes give you the option to upgrade to a range of decorative tiled splashbacks, including slender and textural kit-kat tiles, classic subway tiles or magical mosaics, in earth-drawn colours such as ash, pale grey, charcoal, white and sage.

Flooring your way

You can now choose several different flooring options in a range of colours to suit your style and the way your family loves to live.

Upgrade your bedroom floors from standard polypropylene to beautifully textured, easy-to-maintain cut pile twist carpeting – which is also anti-stain, anti-slip, and pet- and eco-friendly. Bring a more sophisticated feel to your living and wet areas with glossy, stone-look tiles, or try textured matte tiles with an advanced Microtec finish for seamless indoor-outdoor living. You can also upgrade busy living areas with more technologically advanced laminate floors, which gives you the look of natural timber, but in a more durable and water-resistant material.

New Exterior Looks

Versatile renders

You’ll be the envy of the neighbourhood with our six stunning new EasyLiving exterior schemes.

Each scheme comes with its own rendered paint palette, which includes a trio of complementary natural hues – such as Dulux Beach WoodsDulux Mangaweka and Dulux Terrible Billy from our Sage scheme and Dulux Limed WhiteDulux Champignon and Dulux Colorbond Monument from Maple. This gives you the flexibility to choose your two favourite colours and layer different hues for a unique-looking exterior.

You also have the option to coat your rendered paint finish in high-performance Dulux Acratex, which keeps your exterior looking better for longer.

Modern roof tiles

All of our EasyLiving exterior colour schemes come with high-performance concrete roof tiles. But if you’re looking for a more modern finish, splash out on flatter concrete tiles in cool, mid-tone and dark greys.

Richly coloured cladding

For facades that include composite timber cladding, choose between porch panels in warm, natural Spotted Gum (included in our Sage and Maple schemes), dark-stained Ebony (included in our Orchid and Clove schemes), and deep, earthy Tasmanian Oak (included in our Mahogany and Pine schemes).

Carry the natural look through to your garage door, which can be upgraded to include a timber-look design in wenge, chestnut or kwila.

Stylish feature tiles

Some of our facades can be enhanced with the addition of gorgeous feature tiles. Add a bit of interest with soft grey-brown Belga Taupe Matt tiles (from our Mahogany and Pine schemes), rich, stone-like Belga Charcoal Matt tiles (from our Sage and Maple schemes), or warm, mid-tone Maximo Grey Matt tiles (from our Orchid and Clove schemes).

Come and see some of these stunning new schemes in our two new EasyLiving display homes at Meridian Estate in Clyde North – the Coastal interior and Orchid exterior schemes at Glenbrook 27, and the Botanical interior and Sage exterior schemes at Highview Grand 33.
