Carlisle receives another high score for customer satisfaction in the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards.

So, it is an incredible honour to have our efforts recognised by our customers, who have given us a ‘Highly Recommended’ score of 91.49% for customer satisfaction in the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards – our 15^th year running of receiving a similarly high score in these awards. 

The 2022 Australian Achiever Awards are an independent and unbiased award system, who base their assessment on a business’s own customers. Our score of 91.49% for customer relations and service was in Australia’s Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category.

The award system focuses on eight criteria; Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral. Anything about 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

Receiving this impressive score from our customers is a huge privilege and one that reflects the incredible efforts of our team who deliver outstanding service to our clients every day. We couldn’t be prouder of them.
