Historic charm, yet close to the CBD

Berwick is located 47 kilometres southeast of the Melbourne CBD, and makes for an easy commute. Drive to the city in about 45 minutes via the Monash Freeway (M1), or take a 56-minute train ride from Beaconsfield Station, which is around 3.5 kilometres from Minta Estate.

The charming suburb of Berwick has agricultural roots, with a rich history of vegetable farming that dates back to the mid-19^th century. Today, it’s a vibrant, multicultural suburb, but its history can still be seen in its delightful town centre, with village-like streets, historic buildings, and manicured gardens.

An easy commute

Main roads, train and bus services are all easily accessible from Minta Estate in Berwick, making it easy to get around or commute to work in the city.

Access to the Monash Freeway (M1) is nearby, and an on-ramp within the estate is currently under construction – something you won’t find in many other estates in the region.

Beaconsfield Station is 3.5 kilometres from Minta, which takes you direct to Flinders Station. There are also bus routes nearby.

You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to educational options for your family, with over 20 early learning, primary, secondary and tertiary options located within nine minutes’ drive of Minta Estate. This includes highly regarded private and state primary and secondary schools, and a range of early learning and childcare centres.

Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre is just 12 minutes’ drive from Minta Estate, where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, or catch a movie.
