Carlisle Homes Once Again Achieves Exceptional Score for Customer Service

At Carlisle Homes we consider ourselves extremely fortunate that every day we get to hand over the keys to newly finished homes and witness our customer’s satisfaction firsthand! There is simply nothing like seeing the excited look in their eyes, or watching their kids explore their shiny new space. Having said that, it’s equally as nice to see our hard work recognised once again by the Australian Achiever Awards.

Now into its twenty-third year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system, who base their assessment on a business’s own customers. This year, we are pleased to have achieved a status of Highly Recommended with an overall score of 87.82%, reflecting ‘outstanding customer service’ ‘of the highest standard’.

We know our team have worked exceptionally hard to keep delivering on our commitment to building homes of exceptional quality, while exceeding our customers' expectations. We were delighted, but not surprised, to be told that the results of this award “provide an indication of a well-run business where satisfied customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom” says the Australian Achiever Awards.

We were honoured to receive a score of 88.89% for the polite and friendly attitude of our team in handling enquiries and problems. Even more so – to receive a score of 91% for diligently delivering on appointments and calls on time, and 93.18% for our overall clarity of communications - we feel incredibly proud.

Most importantly for us, it was reading the comments left by our customers that reaffirmed why we do what we do and hire the people we hire. We are happy to share some of these customer comments:

It is not the first time we have been recognised for outstanding results in the Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category of the Australian Achiever Awards. We have been fortunate to receive similarly high scores every year for 13 years running!

Of course, we do not take these scores for granted - each time we are recognised by our industry we take it as an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to putting our customers first; to fulfilling our “Life’s better” in a Carlisle home motto, and to thanking you, our customers, for working with us to achieve your dream homes.
