It won the National Display Home – Under $250,000 – at the 2021 Master Builders Australia National Excellence in Building and Construction Awards. This comes off the back of another great win when Sterling 25 was awarded the 2021 HIA Victorian Housing Awards – Best Display Home Up to $250,000, which made it eligible for the national prize.
Our budget-friendly EasyLiving display homes are built exactly as we offer them to our customers, with very few upgrades added, so you can get a realistic view of what you can achieve on your budget. The Sterling 25 is a cleverly designed single-storey home with four bedrooms and two bathrooms specially tailored to meet the needs of first-time homebuyers and investors building smaller homes on smaller blocks. Our Montpellier Grand in Craigieburn was awarded as 2019's winner for the Best Display Home within the $500,001 - $600,000 category. Our Montague Grand display home at Aintree, featuring open-plan living with spacious kitchen and entertaining area, was nominated for ‘Best Display Home’ within the $500,001 to $600,000 category for 2020 and so many more.
