How it works:
- Ask your Sales Consultant for a referral form or download here.
- Complete the form with your details and pass it to your friend or family member that is interested in building with Carlisle. They will need to take it with them to their appointment.
- Once their new home begins construction, you’ll receive $500 cash via bank transfer.

What if they have already spoken to a Carlisle staff member about building their dream home?
Unfortunately, to be eligible for the referral bonus, your family member or friend must not already exist on the Carlisle Homes database.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
Not at all, as long as they are a brand-new customer, and don’t already exist on the Carlisle Homes database – you will receive $500!
When will I receive my $500?
When your family member or friend’s home begins construction at site start stage, you’ll receive $500 from Carlisle via bank transfer.

The ‘$500 Refer-A-Friend’ reward is available to existing customers who refer new customers to Carlisle Homes. To be eligible for the award, a completed Referral Form must be provided to the Sales Consultant by the new customer prior to the new customer paying the initial deposit. A referral will only be accepted if the new customer is not already on the Carlisle enquiry database. The reward is available after Commencement (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract) of construction of the new customer’s home. The reward is payable by bank transfer to the amount of $500.00.
