Affinity & T-Range June 2025 Price Lock Agreement: Provide extended fixed pricing of the base house price, 365 Inclusions, More Luxury promotions, variations and upgrades for any new home sold with a Site Start date of no later than 30th June 2025. In order to be eligible for the 2025 Price Lock offer, the customer must adhere to all appointments as scheduled by Carlisle Homes and sign a Building Tender (note an Order Home tender will exclude site costs) promptly once prepared, usually within 3 to 6 months of the initial deposit. Additionally, Fixed Price and House and Land Packages must sign a HIA Building Contract promptly once prepared, usually within 2 months after signing the Building Tender. Site Start must occur on or prior to 30th June 2025. Carlisle Homes may revise all pricing and promotions if the customer does not adhere to all appointments, promptly sign documentation as required, delays Site Start beyond 3 months of title registration and/or if the Site Start does not occur on or prior to 30th June 2025. Carlisle Homes requires a minimum of ninety days to commence building works from when the Client becomes the registered owner of the land. ‘Site Start’ has the same meaning as ‘Commencement’ in the HIA New Homes Building Contract and means the day on which excavation works for the Building Works commences on the Building Site.
