It’s just not possible for you to lock in a site start later in the process as the ‘spots’ per month are genuinely limited and fill fast.

Affinity Collection & T-Range
Provide extended fixed pricing for any new home sold from March 13 2021 with a Site Start date of no later than 18 months from the time of the initial deposit. In order to be eligible for the Price Lock offer, the Client must sign a Building Tender (Order Home) within 4 months of the initial deposit or an HIA Building Contract (Fixed Price package or House and Land packages) with Carlisle Homes within 6 months of the initial deposit. Site Start must occur within 18 months of the initial deposit. The base house price and the fixed site costs are guaranteed upon signing of the HIA Building Contract. If the commencement of the building works cannot be achieved within 18 months of the initial deposit due to land title delays, the client not being the registered owner of the land or delays beyond the builder’s control, agreed damages of $250 per week will be charged to the client from the first day of the 19th month from the initial deposit date until Site Start. The client acknowledges that any agreed damages will be added to the Base Stage claim. Note: Carlisle Homes requires a minimum of thirty days to commence building works from when the customer becomes the registered owner of the land. ‘Site Start’ has the same meaning as ‘Commencement’ in the HIA New Homes Building Contract and means the day on which excavation works for the Building Works commences on the Building Site.

Provide extended fixed pricing for any new home sold from June 03 2021 with a Site Start date of no later than 18 months from the time of the initial deposit. In order to be eligible for the Price Lock offer, the Client must sign a HIA Building Contract (Fixed Price package or House and Land packages) with Carlisle Homes within 30 Days of the initial deposit. Site Start must occur within 18 months of the initial deposit. The base house price and the fixed site costs are guaranteed upon signing of the HIA Building Contract. If the commencement of the building works cannot be achieved within 18 months of the initial deposit due to land title delays, the client not being the registered owner of the land or delays beyond the builder’s control, agreed damages of $250 per week will be charged to the client from the first day of the 19th month from the initial deposit date until Site Start. The client acknowledges that any agreed damages will be added to the Base Stage claim.
