How long will a 3 bedroom house take to build?
A 3 bedroom house build can be 7-10 months, from start to finish. We can only give you a specific time frame once we've settled on your specific home plan, but here's a time guide for your reference.
- Pre-site: 10-12 weeks. Once we've selected your ideal floor plan, we'll work together to customise and perfect it. We'll also help you collect permits and apply for loans.
- Construction: 16-24 weeks. Simply put, we get to work. By the end of this section, your home will be ready for you to move in.
- Warranty: 4-5 weeks. After 3 months of living in your home, we'll arrive to conduct our Carlisle Homes 100-point Warranty Inspection.
