20 Week Build Time Guarantee

^The Build Time Guarantee commences on the date of Commencement (as defined in the HIA Building Contract) and ends when Carlisle Homes’ provides Notice of Completion pursuant to Clause 36 of the HIA Building Contract, subject to any extensions of time claimed pursuant to Clause 34. The Guarantee applies to single storey homes only. Find the Lucky Star

The "Find the Lucky Star" promotion runs from 07/09/24 to 27/10/24 (‘Promotion Period’). Participants must be 18 years of age and older. To participate, visit any Carlisle Homes display centre during the Promotion Period, find the hidden Lucky Star(s) and scan the QR code to access the entry form. The $5,000 Spectra showroom voucher (Grand Prize) will be drawn by 11/11/2024 and is available to participants sign a HIA Building Contract with Carlisle Homes by 15/12/2024. The Grand Prize will appear as a line item in the HIA Building Contract.  Weekly prize draws will occur every Monday during the Promotion Period. Win $15K to Spend Your Way (15,000 Homes)

This promotion is valid from 1st June 2023 to 30th June 2023 and is open to people over 18 years of age, residing within Victoria, who make a deposit on a Carlisle Home with a Carlisle Homes Sales Consultant during the promotion period. Fixed Price

Price based on Developer supplied engineering plans and Plan of Subdivision; standard floor plan with preferred siting (without alterations), Carlisle’s recommended Building Surveyor, and residential zoning at package date. Confirm land prices and availability prior to purchase. Subject to developer and council approval. Pricing also excludes features not supplied by Carlisle, including fencing, landscaping, planting, letterbox, decking and driveway. 

Facades

Facade details such as entry doors, window sizing and placement may vary between house types and sizes. Refer to Sales Consultant for facade availability on product range and specific facade pricing. Facades options are subject to developer and council approval.

House & Land

Purchasers wishing to buy a House & Land package will need to enter into a land contract with the relevant developer who owns the land and enter into a separate contract with Carlisle Homes for the construction of the house.

Build Time Guarantee : The Build Time Guarantee commences on the date of the site cut and ends 3 days after Carlisle provides Notice under Clause 37.3 of the Building Contract. Carlisle reserves the right to extensions of time to the Build Time Guarantee as per Clause 34 of the Building Contract. 4 weeks will be added to the build time for the Christmas shutdown period. A copy of a HIA contract can be viewed at any EasyLiving display location.

Get to Site in 12 Weeks: If your land is titled, site start will occur within 12 weeks from deposit, if colour appointment and option selections are completed within 10 days, and contract is signed within 30 days. If your land is untitled, site start will occur within 12 weeks from land titles, if contract is signed prior to land titles. 12 week to site start is subject to no delays by customer or during land developer, council, or water authority approvals or delays caused by any other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process. Speak to your Sales Consultant to confirm your build zone is applicable for the 12 week site start offer.

Mortgage Domayne

No loans are provided or arranged by Carlisle Homes. Loans are available from lenders nominated by Mortgage Domayne Pty Ltd (ABN 93 608 850 086) (‘Mortgage Domayne’). Mortgage Domayne is an authorised credit representative (389087) of Domayne Conveyancing Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence Number 001715).

Block Width Filter

The Carlisle Homes block width and depth filter is indicative only and is prepared based on a 4m setback and optimal block dimensions for each home. Customers must rely on their own enquiries when deciding to purchase a block of land and/or build their home. Additional approvals, site survey information, full copy of the section 32, easement details, fall of land, specific estate requirements and all Res-code requirements must be taken into account when purchasing a home. Please speak to a sales consultant for further details.

Referral Bonus

The ‘$500 Refer-A-Friend’ reward is available to existing customers who refer new customers to Carlisle Homes. To be eligible for the award, a completed Referral Form must be provided to the Sales Consultant by the new customer prior to the new customer paying the initial deposit. A referral will only be accepted if the new customer is not already on the Carlisle enquiry database. The reward is available after Commencement (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract) of construction of the new customer’s home. The reward is payable by bank transfer to the amount of $500.00.

25 Year Structural Guarantee

Our 25 year structural guarantee does not cover structural failure caused or contributed by inadequate landscaping, neighbouring properties, storms, fire, flooding, earthquake, vandalism, motor vehicles or extended period of drought/extreme weather, fair wear and tear, misuse or neglect or any renovations. It is essential that landscaping and maintenance obligations are met in order to retain your 25-year structural warranty. Please see our Warranty and Maintenance Guide for more information.

Easter Colouring Competition

The Competition is open from 16/03/24 to 3/04/24 for Participants 12 years of age and under. The Competition is limited to one entry per Participant. By entering into this Competition the Participant gives their consent for their personal details (first name, suburb and age only) to be published if they are a winner. Three winners will be selected and notified by 8/04/24. The Prize for each winner is a $200 gift voucher for either Funfields (Whittlesea), Adventure Park (Geelong) or Gumbuya World (Tynong). The winner must nominate which theme park. The total prize pool value is $600.00. The Prize is subject to the issuing retailer’s general terms and conditions of use for the gift voucher. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. By participating in the Competition, the winner agrees to be involved in marketing activities relating to the Competition, including being photographed.
