Ricky is passionate about all things design, and loves creating floor plans to suit the needs of all types of customers. His expertise spans across all areas of design, from space planning and ensuring structural integrity to interior floor plans and facade design.
His expertise and interests include:
Architectural residential design including floorplans and facades
Landscape design
Medium density / townhome design
Joinery design
Interior and exterior colours and finishes
Ricky holds an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) alongside a Diploma of Leadership & Management, which equips him with both technical expertise and a strategic approach to design. His well-versed approach to home design and his ability to ensure all client needs are met make Ricky an invaluable asset to the Carlisle team.
Ricky is dedicated to his professional development by working closely with the industry body, Design Matters National.
Design Matters National focuses on providing relevant and innovative professional development programs (CPD) to ensure members like Ricky, are kept abreast of legislation requirements, materials, sustainability and the latest in building design innovation.
This ensures that Ricky and his team have a thorough understanding of the current design trends, tools and trade updates.
Ricky is driven to create home designs that cater to every customer’s unique needs. He understands that each client has specific preferences and requirements, and he takes pride in crafting spaces that reflect their lifestyles.
