Managing Director of Carlisle Homes
John Doulgeridis is the Managing Director of award-winning residential home builder, Carlisle Homes. He started his career in the residential building industry in 1993 after completing a Bachelor of Planning and Design at the University of Melbourne.
Since founding Carlisle Homes in 2004, the company has completed over 15,000 quality homes across Melbourne and Geelong, evolving to become a market leader in the new home building market.
Under John's leadership, Carlisle Homes has indeed achieved significant recognition in the industry.

- MBA Large Residential Business of the Year: 2024, 2023 and 2021
- HIA Australian Professional Major Builder: 2023 and 2021

Educational Background
After graduating from secondary school, John enrolled at the University of Melbourne, studying Planning and Design. This experience cemented his passion for architecture, and he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree within three years. After leaving university, John quickly entered the building industry and started gaining valuable experience.
In the Business
John Doulgeridis’ goal was never to be the biggest builder, but rather to be the best. He leads a team of people at Carlisle Homes who are passionate about guiding and supporting customers through a transparent building process with a dedication to personal service and a focus on delivering award-winning homes every day.
