Having spent most of my life in the residential building industry, I know that building a new home can be just as exciting as it is daunting. That’s why from the very beginning, our focus at Carlisle Homes has been on exceeding our customers’ expectations, every step of the way.

Here at Carlisle, we do things a little differently than other builders. It has never been our goal to be the biggest, but we are committed to being the best. It’s our unwavering commitment and dedication to personal service that allows us to build homes of exceptional quality for each and every customer.

I’m proud to be heading up a team of people who share my passion for delivering exceptional results for our customers every day.

History

In 2023, Carlisle Homes celebrates 19 years of building quality homes across Melbourne and Geelong. Having completed over 15,000 homes, Carlisle has evolved to become a market leader in new home building.

We are proud to be recognised as Australia's Most Professional Major Builder for 2023 and 2021 by the Housing Industry Association (HIA), as well as Victoria’s Most Professional Major Builder for 2015, 2017, 2020, 2022 & 2023 at the HIA-CSR Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.

The HIA awards are rightfully regarded as the most prestigious awards in the home building industry, and to have been recognised in the highest category is testament to our commitment to excellence in all that we do.

Our focus on excellence in customer service has been the core foundation on which we have operated since our inception, and as such we have been recognised for our exceptional customer service multiple times.
