The “Only $5K Deposit until slab” offer means customers will pay only $2,000 as an initial deposit, with a further $3,000 deposit due at the Tender Signing Appointment. At the completion of the base stage (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract), the balance of the 5% deposit and the base stage amount will be payable. Limited to customers who proceed with finance with Carlisle preferred mortgage/finance partners Mortgage Domayne. Available for Greenfield sites only. Any request by the owner to terminate the arrangement after contract signing will be determined by Carlisle Homes in its sole discretion. Should Carlisle Homes accept a requested termination, Carlisle Homes is entitled to a reasonable price for the work performed, including but not limited to third party and administration costs, plus consequential losses including loss of profits.
