What finance options does Carlisle offer for its home designs under $350k?

How long does it take to build a Carlisle Homes property?
On average, it will take 7-10 months to build one of Carlisle’s home designs. However, this range may differ depending on various things, including amenities, features, and if you want to go above and beyond the standard inclusions.
There are three phases involved in the building phase, including the pre-site, construction, and warranty phase.
Pre-site takes 10-12 weeks, which involves finalising your budget, house designs, and acquiring loan approvals and building permits (which Carlisle Homes can help you with!).
The construction phase lasts between 16-24 weeks, which you can observe stage-by-stage through our developed app: Carlisle Connect. Once this phase is completed, you’ll receive the keys to your new home!
Finally, the warranty phase begins. As you move into this next stage of home ownership, we put you in charge of the warranty process with the introduction of our new Home Care App.
Our Home Care app enables you to raise any warranty requests you may have, at a time and place that suits you. Use your computer or your smart device to submit items with photos so we can guide you through the warranty process.
There’s no need to make an appointment. No pressure to remember all your questions at once. Use the portal at any time you wish, from 14 days after handover of your new home.

Carlisle Homes is proud to offer its knockdown rebuild services, which involve us demolishing an old home that you may have outgrown, find too small, or simply no longer enjoy the way that you used to.
If you still like your current location, not to worry - we will create your brand new home on the lot of your previous one. Note, however, that our knockdown rebuild services are restricted to specific suburbs in Melbourne. For more information, check out our service area map.
