How it works
Got titled land?
We can get your new EasyLiving home to site within just 12 weeks of you placing your deposit, provided your colour selections and signed paperwork are completed within 10 days of deposit.
What if my land is not titled?
While we wait for your land to title, we’ll organise for your contract to be signed, and then once your land has titled, we can get to site within 12 weeks.
What if I don’t have land?
We’ll work with leading land developers to find you your perfect house and land package. We have access to both titled and untitled package options.
Exceptions to the timeframe
Getting to site in 12 weeks is subject to your build zone, and also to you meeting all your obligations and no delays occurring with developer approvals, building approvals, water authority approvals or delays caused by other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process.
