In the last 12 months we have added a new Customer Care team to our business to add a whole new dimension to our customers’ experience. In addition to having a dedicated Client Liaison Executive and Building Supervisor throughout the building journey, this new team adds further value by providing a new communication channel for customers. Valuable new service ideas and opportunities ‘to go the extra mile’ for our customers have been generated through this new team, which is already growing as we continue to step-up our focus on service excellence.
And there’s more! Our new Connect self-serve online portal truly empowers our customers to be active participants in their home building journey. With anytime access to building details, including direct communication and detailed videos of every stage of the building process, our customers always know exactly what to expect with access to real time information anywhere, anytime with a secure login.
