But after ‘living large’, nothing beats that ‘at home’ feeling, a place where you can feel safe and secure and be proud of what you have created for your family.

We understand the importance of the home sanctuary, and through our many insight programs such as focus groups, customer surveys and product reviews, we identified a design opportunity for our most popular double storey designs. Our customers told us they are looking for design flexibility and opportunity to increase space without having to increase block size.

Without altering the home footprint, our Grand Series focuses on creating additional living options.
