On the back of winning the 2013 HIA Victorian Customer Service Award, Carlisle Homes has taken out the prestigious 2014 Australian Achiever Award with an extraordinary score of 99.15% for customer relations and service.
The win, in the highly competitive Building Construction, Building Design, Architect & Interior Decoration Services category, is further recognition that everyone at Carlisle is focused on delivering their customers superior quality personal service.
The score o 99.15% for customer satisfaction also means that Carlisle Homes is the overall national winner for the 2014 Australian Achiever Awards in their category, a fact that Geoff Harwood, Director of the Australian Achiever Awards describes as “…an outstanding result at a level very few achieve and it shows that … your staff are putting maximum effort into a quality customer service strategy.”
The Australian Achiever Awards have been operating since 1998 and focus on measuring customer satisfaction across and wide range of business categories. With the objective of recognising and rewarding those businesses that provide great customer service, the Awards process collects feedback from customers in a uniquely quantifiable and unbiased way.
The twin accolades – both Victorian and National Awards – is particularly rewarding for the Carlisle team; a team that promotes quality as the cornerstone of their business and believes that only the very best customer service is good enough.
