A credit of $10,000 (inclusive of any GST) will be applied to the HIA New Home Building Contract and will appear as a line item in the initial tender document issued by Carlisle Homes. The voucher can only be redeemed against site costs, and cannot be redeemed against any other item within the tender document. Build Time Guarantee : The Build Time Guarantee commences on the date of the site cut and ends 3 days after Carlisle provides Notice under Clause 37.3 of the Building Contract. Carlisle reserves the right to extensions of time to the Build Time Guarantee as per Clause 34 of the Building Contract. 4 weeks will be added to the build time for the Christmas shutdown period. 12 week QuickStart Program: A salesperson will confirm your site start month or QuickStart availability prior to taking your deposit. For a QuickStart, your land must be registered in your name at the time of your contract signing and finance must be approved. The time frame is subject to you meeting all your obligations and no delays occurring with the developer approvals, building approvals, water authority approvals or delays caused by other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process.

Provide extended fixed pricing for any new home sold from April 13th 2019 with a Site Start date of no later than 12 months from the time of the initial deposit.
In order to be eligible for the Price Lock offer, the Client must sign a Building Tender (Order Home) within 4 months of the initial deposit or a HIA Building Contract (Fixed Price package or House and Land packages) with Carlisle Homes within 6 months of the initial deposit. Site Start must occur within 18 months of the initial deposit. The base house price and the fixed site costs are guaranteed upon signing of the HIA Building Contract.
If the commencement of the building works cannot be achieved within 12 months of the initial deposit due to land title delays, the client not being the registered owner of the land or delays beyond the builder’s control, agreed damages of $250 per week will be charged to the client from the first day of the 19th month from the initial deposit date until Site Start. The client acknowledges that any agreed damages will be added to the Base Stage claim.
Note: Carlisle Homes requires a minimum of thirty days to commence building works from when the customer becomes the registered owner of the land. ‘Site Start’ has the same meaning as ‘Commencement’ in the HIA New Homes Building Contract and means the day on which excavation works for the Building Works commences on the Building Site.
The ‘$500 Refer-A-Friend’ reward is available to existing customers who refer new customers to Carlisle Homes. To be eligible for the award, a completed Referral Form must be provided to the Sales Consultant by the new customer prior to the new customer paying the initial deposit. A referral will only be accepted if the new customer is not already on the Carlisle enquiry database. The reward is available after Commencement (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract) of construction of the new customer’s home. The reward is payable by way of cheque in the amount of $500.00 and may be collected by the existing customer from Carlisle Homes’ Head Office at 2 Nexus Court, Mulgrave Vic.
