Carlisle Homes is thrilled to have been awarded the 2016 Victorian Customer Service Award, for the third time, at the HIA-CSR Victorian Home and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards held on Friday 4th November.
The annual awards program is renowned as being the pinnacle measurement of excellence in residential building, with entry open to all companies involved in the industry.
According to Gil King, Executive Director HIA Victoria,
“The HIA-CSR Victoria Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards are rightfully regarded as the most prestigious awards in the industry. Year upon year, we see the standards for quality and diversity increase.”
Carlisle Homes was assessed by a panel of independent judges across a diverse range of criteria supported by real customer case studies, including service policies, communication, understanding customers’ needs and the measurement of service levels and satisfaction. The judges praised Carlisle for its combination of systems and genuine desire to listen to clients.
“We continue to set new benchmarks for service excellence in the home building industry, by focusing on what is important to our customers. By taking the time to learn the needs of each customer, from the moment they visit our display homes or connect with us through our website and social media, to the early introduction of their building team and continuously along their entire journey, we have the ability create individualised experiences,” ~ John Doulgeridis, Managing Director Carlisle Homes.
Our team of passionate and dedicated staff, including our loyal suppliers and industry partners, all play an important role in our ongoing pursuit for customer service excellence. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach at Carlisle Homes, it’s about each of us being accountable and always looking for ways to go the extra mile for customers, and that’s what makes the difference.
