When you are on the new home building journey, there is so much to consider, so many decisions to make. What sort of streetscape are you looking for? How will you make the most of outdoor living? Where should the master suite be located? … and importantly how many bedrooms do you need? According to our Managing Director, John Doulgeridis, it helps to consider your needs into the future, as well as the here and now.
“An area that often takes our customers by surprise, is when our Consultants ask where they see themselves in 5 or more years. Do the kids need more space in their rooms as they become teenagers and young adults, staying on at home after they finish school? Is there a chance of having an elderly family member coming to stay, or perhaps, live with you? Examining your lifestyle needs now and into the future is an important part of the decision process”, says John.
From these discussions, we learned that more and more of our double storey customers were catering for these growing teenagers, or found themselves frequently hosting extended family and friends for overnight stays, meaning that they were after more from their sleep zone design.
Our new Deluxe Series of home designs, has been created with this in mind, by incorporating spacious private suite elements for all bedrooms. Bedrooms have been enlarged to create a luxurious hotel style feel, without increasing the design footprint, and each one includes a private ensuite and walk in robe. Perfect to make guests feel at home without having to share the family bathroom, or to allow growing teenagers the space to stretch out.
The Deluxe Series is another product innovation we have been able to launch due to the valuable feedback from our customers. Our customers are our best source of inspiration and innovation as we continually strive to exceed their expectations.
Make sure you explore the new Montague Deluxe, Sheraton Deluxe, Sorrento Deluxe and Vaucluse Deluxe to truly discover how Life’s Better when you have a house full of friends, family and laughter….
