The award comes after receiving a score of 97.99% for customer satisfaction in the Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category.
The Australian Achiever Awards, now in their 24th year, are an independent award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers. The award system focuses on eight criteria; Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral.
